“I was first introduced to Kayur, when he visited me at my home address in 2015. First impressions of Kayur were excellent, in the fact that he was smart, polite, professional and empathetic.

Kayur fully explained his role, and how it involved myself, as well as my family, and took the time to explain about the assessments he was required to undertake, but also showed wonderful empathy and patience with me at that time, and answered any queries and questions I had at that time.

Kayur became familiar with what my requirements were at that time, which included ongoing attendance to hospital appointments, intensive physiotherapy, and occupational therapy to name but a few.

Through open and frank conversations with me, Kayur set out an case management action plan, and explained to me every step of the way, what was being done and why. He was completely professional and came across as incredibly caring and supportive from the first time I met him.

Since I have had Kayur as my case manager, I have had several physical and mental health issues during my recovery, and Kayur has been there whenever I have needed him. He never tells you what to do, but instead discusses options available that may benefit or help the current situation, and continues to support any decisions I have made. He is never rude, unprofessional or condescending at any time and if I am ever unhappy with anything, Kayur will get it sorted.

He also ensures his documentation and records are up to date and exceptionally well kept, and knew exactly what was happening at every stage of my rehabilitation.

I have to say, that as a fellow healthcare professional myself, Kayur goes above and beyond what is required of him. He works all the hours needed to ensure his clients needs are met and always put first ahead of himself. It takes an incredibly dedicated and genuine person to be able and willing to do this, and Kayur is certainly that. Kayur was a great advocate in respect to my rehabilitation needs and this is very much appreciated.
