Case Manager Assigned

A dedicated case manager is introduced to the client, solicitor, and insurer.

Assessment Scheduled

Appointment confirmed, initial forms/questionnaires sent ahead of time.

Assessment Carried Out

We meet the client at home, in hospital, or virtually to identify urgent needs.

Report Delivered

A clear, litigation-sensitive report is completed and shared within 21 days.
